The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's latest royal engagement took place at a sentimental spot for the royal couple.
Earlier today, Prince William and Duchess Kate visited a COVID-19 vaccination site held at London's Westminster Abbey church, coincidentally where the couple exchanged their wedding vows almost 10 years ago. For the appearance, Kate seemingly paid homage to their wedding day, wearing a cream-colored, lace-embellished Catherine Walker coat dress paired with brown suede pointed-toe heels, a matching mini clutch, and pearl drop earrings. She also wore a protective face mask and her hair pulled back in a prim half-up 'do style.

Westminster Abbey was opened as a makeshift vaccination clinic earlier this month and is currently providing up to 2,000 injections to U.K. citizens a day. During their visit, the Cambridges spoke with present staff about being involved in the largest vaccination program in British history and completing their work inside such a legendary venue. Both William and Kate also spoke with members of the public who were receiving their vaccines, per Kensington Palace.

The duke and duchess's visit to the vaccination site coincided with the United Kingdom's National Day of Reflection, marking the one-year anniversary since the first initial lockdown was ordered in the U.K. Toward the end of their visit, both William and Kate shared a private moment of reflection together, to remember and pay homage to those who have lose their lives in the COVID-19 pandemic.
